It's Friday, so we had to "dress up" the blog and bring you something fancy to take you into the weekend...A few weeks back we created a sample for a December bride and we kind of can't wait for this wedding. J&B Get Featured on East Coast Bride!!!

Hi guys - today we found out that Becky and John's wedding got featured on East Coast Bride! DC Real Wedding - J&B Get Hitched

Hi guys - today we're super excited to share some images from a February wedding. Emilie, of Weddings and Events by Bliss, was kind enough to bring us on this project and we truly enjoyed working on this wedding. The lovely couple, Becky&John, had a beautiful church ceremony followed by a photo session by the monuments, and then celebrated the night away at Phoenix Park Hotel. We incorporated winter colors (whites and silvers) with various shades of pink (the bride is a girly girl who loves her pink :) ) to create a romantic atmosphere. Later this week we'll be sharing images from an October wedding - yep October - but it's full of fun elements, bright colors, and one of my favorite couples to date.

Winter Willard Wedding

Hello dear readers - apologies for being MIA for the past week. We've been swamped with proposals and prepping for our Spring weddings but last week I got images back from the amazing Rodney Bailey and I had to share. Rodney and I worked together on J&K's Willard wedding. The wedding was glamourous, elegant, and full of tradition. We stuck with cream colored flowers, gold wrapped vases, and used vintage gold framed mirrors to anchor all of the centerpieces. Check out a few of the shots below:

Elegant Winter Wedding

Our wedding season is officially kicking off this Friday with a sophisticated yet playful winter wedding. We're focusing on blues, natural silvers, and creams while flooding the space with candlelight. Since the view from the venue, Top of the Town, is unbelievable we want to enhance the space with decor - not overtake it. Here's the style board!
