Real Carnegie Library Wedding

Happy Friday Everyone! 

Back in November we had the absolute pleasure of creating flowers (and book trees) for Kevin+Kate's Carnegie Library celebration. For this late fall wedding we focused on rich burgundies, purples, and blues. We were fortunate enough to catch the tail end of dahlia season and oh wait...is that a ranunculus boutonniere? Yup, sure is.

Something Fancy

Very rarely do I get to just play with flowers, freestyle an arrangement. I've been dying to use this amazing glass urn on a metal pedestal and finally got the chance: 

 

Morais Vineyard Sneak Peek

This past weekend was one of those exhausting yet super fulfilling wedding weekends that one always needs in the craziness of wedding season. We kicked off the weekend at a Morais Vineyard. All of us vendors sat watching the weather forecast all week and luckily Saturday was a gorgeous day.

We filled the space with lush greenery and seasonal florals to create a romantic ambiance suited for the winery. We picked out gold table settings to compliment the gold chiavari chairs already at the venue (yep! they provide chiavari chairs at no extra cost!). Here's a sneak peek of some of the decor and flower elements:
