A Look Back on September

We loved working with D+M on their wedding. The bride came to us with a fall vision full of reds, yellows, and oranges. We were really excited about the color palette and floral selections. Check out the images by Chris Zarconi Photography below:

Wild Jewel Tone Bouquet

I created this bouquet a few weeks back for a very special, backyard wedding. I'm really excited about all the colors and selections (and it smelled ahhhmazing). Purple lisianthus, fuchsia dahlias, geranium, and other seasonal goodies came together quiet nicely.

Flowers From DBI's Garden

This year we decided to plant some flowers that are native to/like the Virginia area. This included a variety of zinnias and coxcomb. Today I went out and picked some of these successes and below is what I got - zinnias, coxcomb, celosia, and flowering basil:

Have a fantastic fall weekend!

DBI's Flower Garden

This year we decided to grow some fresh flowers here at DBI. I picked flowers that do well locally - zinnias, celosia, and, of course, sunflowers. While everything is still in the early stages we're getting small blooms and it looks like the fall will be full of fuchsia blooms. Check out the photos from the garden:
