Keeping with the topic of sustainability and green weddings this week, here's a surprisingly eco-friendly tradition.

In Sweden, many brides continue with an old tradition of carrying a bouquet made of very odorous weeds. The smell of the weeds are said to ward off trolls who are jealous of the couples' happiness and the bouquets eliminate the need for flowers.
