Wedding Wednesday: Bright Fall Flowers

Who says fall wedding flowers have to be dark? There's lots of fall flowers out there that come in brighter colored varieties, like dahlias and zinnias.

If you're already planning a wedding for next fall, but don't want to go with the more traditional dark reds, oranges and browns for your wedding colors, there's lots of more unique options.

Consider bold brights like red-orange, coral pink, mustard yellow, and yellow-green combined with darker colors like eggplant purple and chocolate brown.

You can search for pumpkins at a farmers market, but make an afternoon of it and head to a local farm and pick them yourself. Don't be afraid to explore a variety of the more unique pumpkin colors instead of only the traditional orange.
