We've been seeing lots of wedding design lately inspired by bold, graphic fonts and lettering-focused details. Here's some ideas we've gathered for a "word-inspired" wedding.
Modern wedding invitations with a focus on font are a great way to tie in this design idea. Their design is simple and to-the-point, without a lot of decorative frills. But their focus on color and a variety of text styles still make them really fun to look at.

We love the simplicity of this all-white cake with its single pop of color! And the idea of the word "love" emerging from the chaos of the letters is just lovely.

What has more words than a newspaper! The old print adds a vintage touch, but it's a great contrast to the modern silhouette of these hanging decorations.

While this is clearly an interior design idea, the thought of stacked, monochromatic books as part of a table centerpiece sounds amazing, especially for a literature-loving couple. It's a great way to carry out the word-inspired design theme.

Another flower alternative we're loving is for the flower girl or ring bearer to carry a sign instead of flowers or a pillow.

These signs are great for taking fun photos.

Chalkboard menu signs and seating charts add a nice, personalized touch to the decor and are another great way to incorporate bold lettering.
