Presentation Sensation

Here are a few ideas to spruce up your cuisine presentation, because as we all know - pleasing the visual is just as important as pleasing the taste buds:

Create a "make your own salad" station and use terra cotta pots to hold different ingredients (cherry tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, spices, etc). They're inexpensive, provide a "rustic" feel, and can even be used as baking dishes (see attached photo of freshly baked bread)

Use an urn for your silverware when hosting with a food display (aka a buffet)

Serve grab-and-go eats in squatty Mason Jars: great way to serve soups, desserts, and grilled shrimp

Use Vintage Bottles to serve beverages - herb infused water, spirits, and juices.

Take the beverage serving further by using small fruits and veggies as bottle stoppers. Great pieces to use are tiny plums, radish, strawberries, grapes, baby oranges, etc

If you're unable to get your hands on some vintage bottles grab that vase in the back of your closet that has been sitting there collecting dust and use that for as a beverage holder.
