Planning Ahead

While last night's Super Bowl power outage was something to talk about, Beyonce's half-time performance was something to remember.  However, all of it brings to mind how important it is to be prepared at your event.  Nobody wants anything to go wrong, but it's always a good idea to dot your i's and cross your t's, so to speak.

{The power was out for half an hour before playing resumed.}

The easiest way to take the stress out of planning an event is to plan ahead.  It almost sounds too easy, but many people will wait until the last minute to put something together.  Planning way in advance gives you more time to put the event together in a relaxed manner.  This is especially important for large parties.  Vendors want more time to accommodate a crowd, and to clear their own schedules for the event.  Best of all, it leaves you less stressed at the last hour!

Who enjoyed the Super Bowl (commercials)?  More importantly, who's excited for an early spring?
