Fall Favors ANYONE Can Make - Legit

Nowadays DIY tutorials are getting more and more ridiculous (i.e. I didn't realize I needed to go to Home Depot to buy a chain saw, staple gun, become a certified electrician, learn how to blow glass, and learn the basics of architecture just to put together a picture frame for the living room...I mean COME ON!) so today we're going back to the basics - assembly. When I mean anyone can make this delicious fall favor I really do mean anyone (anyone who's legally allowed to hold scissors that is...I'm sure you can even use your teeth if push comes to shove).

S'mores! Yup - this favorite "around the fire" activity is great to incorporate into weddings, birthdays, Halloween parties, and pretty much anytime you're celebrating outdoors (4th of July??). For each s'more packet you'll need:

  • 2 large graham crackers (makes 4 square)
  • 2 regular size marshmallows (jumbos are a little too much for your average graham cracker)
  • 2 individual Hershey bars (the small, Halloween size)
  • 1 clear party bag
  • ribbon/twine
  • scissors to cut the ribbon
Overall cost? $0.70 a favor.

Now the easiest part - stack graham crackers, Hershey bars, and marshmallows in the party bag of your choice, tie with a ribbon in an appropriate color, and if you want - add a cute little note (Thanks for Coming! Have Some S'more Fun! Sweet Love! etc etc etc). And Voila! You have favors for any age group.

See...I promised it'd be easy.
