Back in March we were so excited to be part of a fusion wedding taking place at the Four Seasons in Georgetown - we were faced with a challenge to design a ceremony space that could transition from the Hindu wedding ceremony to the Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony. I had a good time with the project because it was like solving a puzzle. We designed the ceremony space to reflect the rich cultures of both families and we designed the reception space to reflect the couple's playful personalities. Birdcages filled with luscious flowers, insanely tall blooming branch centerpieces, and flower grids with internal candles all filled the main ballroom. The Happy Couple photographed this wedding (always such a joy to work with these guys!) and posted some preview shots on the their blog.
