Hello and Happy Last Winter Monday!
I think there's a misconception that every girl wants a super frilly, girly, flower-y wedding full of pink and white roses. Today's bride is modern, adventurous, and full of creative and unique ideas. One alternative to bright, girly blooms is using lots of greens and some unusual "blooms". That is exactly what designer Susie Nadler (of Flora Grubb Gardens) offers her brides. Her works is exquisite and offers tons of inspirations to those of us in awe. While I've seen succulents and tillandsias used in centerpieces and table arrangements I haven't seen them being used so elegantly in bridal bouquets! The details are amazing and I can't wait to incorporate this technique into my work...I know a certain LA-born lady who's already adding these to her wedding decor "musts"!
